Holton, KS – [01/02/2025] – Holton Community Hospital is proud to announce the completion of its Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) and the development of a corresponding Implementation Plan. Both documents are now available for public viewing on our website at https://holtonhospital.com/about/community-health/.The CHNA process has been an invaluable opportunity to identify and address the most pressing health needs of Jackson County, KS. The hospital extends its heartfelt gratitude to everyone who contributed to this important effort.
