A patient came in yesterday to see our Doctor and when he was finished, he was talking about his new Freestyle Libre continuous glucose monitor.  He was very frustrated with it because he didn’t know how to upload it to his phone.  He had not been checking his sugars for a while because of this.  Lori was happy to help him over her lunch hour and got it set up for him.  The patient was very grateful for her help. 

Lori went above and beyond helping this patient out.
