Orthopedic Care

The Orthopedic Care Team.  Holton Community Hospital’s orthopedic program is supported by a coordinated care team focused on guiding patients through every stage of treatment and recovery. Our orthopedic surgeon and advanced practice provider work closely with a dedicated nurse navigator who helps coordinate appointments, education, and surgical preparation.

During recovery, physical therapists and occupational therapists provide personalized rehabilitation to restore strength, mobility, and confidence. Skilled nursing staff support patients throughout their hospital stay, while patient care coordinators assist with discharge planning and transitions to home health or outpatient therapy.

By working together, this multidisciplinary team ensures that each patient receives comprehensive orthopedic care from the first consultation through recovery and return to daily activities.
