We’re thrilled to announce that Holton Community Hospital has partnered with the Walk With A Doc program! Join us on May 21st at 12 PM for our inaugural walk and take a step toward better health. May is National American Stroke Month, making it the perfect time to get active and reduce your stroke risk. Following the American Heart Association’s guidelines—which emphasize regular exercise and better eating habits—you can lower cholesterol, improve blood sugar control, and maintain healthy blood pressure.
