A patient called wanting to recognize Amy.  The patient provided that she has come to the hospital somewhat frequently for care and Amy is always wonderful and going above and beyond.  The patient said she was having trouble with her weekly lab orders and Amy spent extra time troubleshooting the situation and was able to get it worked out for her. 

 Another time her blood sugar was extremely high and she was having a difficult time walking.  Her car was back in the ER parking lot so Amy got a wheelchair and wheeled her out to her car.  Amy also offered to leave work and drive her home.
