A gentleman was standing in the commons area unsure where/what to do when we were down there. Tina asked him how she could help and he advised that he needed his records. She took his information and he said he was 25 miles away so instead of making him drive 25 miles home and another 25 miles back to pick up his records, she told him she would print his records now while he waited and walked them to his truck in the parking lot as he had trouble walking due to a stroke. The gentleman was so appreciative of Tina making him first priority! Tina is a GEM every day and this is only one of many events that Tina has performed above and beyond. She deserves this recognition for always representing HCH in the utmost positive and caring way.
