We can now administer Pfizer and Moderna booster shots to those eligible per CDC authorization. The booster dose applies to individuals who completed the Pfizer and Moderna vaccine series at least 6 months ago.
In addition, individuals who received the J&J vaccine at least 2 months ago, may now receive a booster dose.

We offer drive-thru COVID vaccines Tuesday through Friday from 7am-9am with no appointment. – All other COVID vaccine appointments should be scheduled by calling Holton Family Medicine at 785-364-2126.

We offer testing daily starting at 9am and then again at 1pm.  We do not offer testing on the weekends. Please call to schedule your testing appointment.
**Please note at this time, with our current, high COVID testing volumes, we are prioritizing which tests will be completed in-house and which ones will be sent to KDHE lab for testing. Please be patient with us as turnaround times could be up to 48 hours or more.
